Our furnished business apartments in Vienna can be rented for a minimum of 30 days — ideal both as a short-term rental for a few weeks and as a long-term furnished apartment for several months or longer.
What makes the Circular Living Apartments so sustainable?
The apartments were renovated in 2025 in accordance with the principles of the circular economy. This means that building materials, paint, furniture, fabrics, etc., were specifically selected
whose production is as environmentally friendly and resource-efficient as possible,
that contain partially upcycled components,
that are high-quality and long-lasting,
that do not become waste at the end of their useful life but serve as raw materials for new products,
that are free of harmful substances and largely of natural origin.
This reduces the impact on people and the environment during production, use, and disposal, and keeps valuable natural resources in the cycle. That’s why we call our apartments Henriette “Circular Living” Longstay Apartments.
