No! Subletting or transferring the apartment to third parties is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.

SUSTAINABILITY ‒ Why are the apartments so sustainable?

The long-term apartments were completely renovated in 2025 according to the principles of the circular economy. This means that building materials, paint, furniture, fabrics, and other elements were carefully chosen to:

  • be produced in an environmentally friendly and resource-efficient way,
  • include upcycled components wherever possible,
  • be of high quality and built to last,
  • avoid becoming waste at the end of their life and instead serve as raw materials for new products,
  • and be free of harmful substances and largely of natural origin.

This reduces the impact on people and the environment during production, use and disposal, and keeps valuable natural resources in circulation. That's why we call our apartments Henriette »Circular Living« Longstay Apartments.

Arrival & Transportation

BY PLANE ‒ How do I get to the apartment from Vienna Airport?

We recommend:

  • From Vienna International Airport, take the S7 suburban train to Praterstern, then the U1 underground to Nestroyplatz and take the lift to the top.

Alternatives:

  • Take the Vienna Airport Bus to either Hauptbahnhof, Schwedenplatz or Wien Kaisermühlen VIC, then take the U1 to Nestroyplatz.
  • Take the City Airport Train CAT to Wien Mitte/Landstraße, then take the U4 to Schwedenplatz and the U1 to Nestroyplatz.
BY TRAIN ‒ How do I get to the apartment from the station?
  • From Vienna Main Station, take the U1 from Südtiroler Platz-Hauptbahnhof to Nestroyplatz and get off right in front of the building.
  • From Vienna Westbahnhof station, take the U3 to Stephansplatz, then change to the U1 and travel two stops to Nestroyplatz.
  • From Vienna Praterstern station, take the U1 underground for one stop to Nestroyplatz and take the lift to the top floor, or walk 10 minutes from Praterstern.
PARKING ‒ Can I park at the apartment?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer parking directly at the apartment.

Throughout the district – as in almost all of Vienna – there is a paid short-term parking zone on weekdays between 9.00 am and 10.00 pm, and on Praterstraße itself from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm and additionally on Saturdays from 8.00 am to 12.00 pm.

  • The maximum parking time is 2 hours, and only 1½ hours on Praterstrasse.
  • For longer-term parking, we recommend renting a parking space in the APCOA parking garage on Afrikanergasse, approx. 5 minutes from the apartment.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT ‒ Where is the nearest subway station? Are the apartments easily accessible by public transport?

The nearest underground station is Nestroyplatz on the U1 line (red line). The lift to the underground station is located directly in front of the apartment building.

The Praterstern transport hub is only one underground stop or a 10-minute walk away. There you also have connections to the U2 underground line, tram lines O and 5, several bus lines, regional trains and rapid transit trains, including the S7 suburban train line to Vienna Airport.
