Henriette Longstay Apartments: what sets us apart
The Henriette Longstay Apartments are not a traditional hotel: the minimum stay is 30 days, there are no daily hotel services, and rooms are not cleaned on a regular basis. Nor are they a traditional rental apartment—they are rented fully furnished and without a long-term lease.
The following are not included in the offer: stays of less than 30 days (for which we recommend our sister property, Henriette Stadthotel Vienna), breakfast or meals, pets, private parking, and accessibility (the building dates from the 1960s). Subletting or transferring the reservation to third parties is not permitted.
The Henriette Longstay Apartments should not be confused with the Henriette Stadthotel Vienna, its sister property at the same address (the front building), which is designed for short stays.
Clarification: Both properties are operated by CAPRI Hotelbetriebs GmbH & Co KG (FN 483126f). The Stadthotel is located in the front building and can be booked for shorter stays; the Longstay Apartments are located in the rear building and can only be booked for stays of 30 days or more. Check-in and guest services are handled by the Stadthotel’s 24-hour front desk.
Important: Hotel amenities—such as breakfast, parking, or pets—do not automatically apply to the apartments (breakfast is not included, there is no on-site parking, and pets are not allowed). The former apartment name “Im 2ten Business Apartments” on booking portals refers to the same corporate group but is not the current brand name of the apartments.

Are pets allowed?
No. Out of consideration for people with allergies and other residents, pets are not allowed.
Are there parking spaces?
No, there are no on-site parking spaces. We recommend the APCOA parking garage on Afrikanergasse, which is about 5 minutes away.
Do I need to register with the authorities?
The establishment reports guests through the guest registry. For stays of more than 2 months, guests are also required to register independently with the registration office.
Are the apartments accessible?
No. The building dates from the 1960s and does not meet the structural requirements for accessible housing.
